Terms of service

The terms that govern your use of nextOrigin. By using the service, your practice agrees to them.

The service

nextOrigin provides AI voice and messaging agents that answer calls, book and reschedule appointments, and confirm attendance on behalf of your practice. We integrate with the booking and calendar system you already use. Specific scope, call volumes, and pricing are set out in your order.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the calendar and booking data the agents rely on, for telling your staff and patients that calls may be handled by an automated assistant where required, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to use the service for unlawful or abusive calling.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability and monitor the agents continuously, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where possible. Calls that need a human are transferred to your team, and you keep your own phone number throughout.

Fees

Fees depend on your call volume and the agents you run, as quoted during onboarding. Charges are billed in the currency and cycle stated in your order. Taxes are added where applicable.

Liability and termination

The service is provided on commercially reasonable terms; our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months, to the extent permitted by law. Either party may end the agreement with notice as set out in your order. On termination we delete or return your data in line with our privacy policy.
